Las Vegas Sands announced that the appointment of Jason Ader to its board of directors. 
Ader is the CEO of Hayground Cove Asset Management, an investment management firm he founded in 2003. Prior to founding that company, Ader was a senior managing director at Bear Stearns & Co.
He has been ranked on Institutional Investor’s All-America Research Team for nine straight years and as the No. 1-ranked gaming and lodging/hospitality analyst in the Institutional Investor poll for three consecutive years.
