CasinoClub has found the way how to provide a new image by following 2 modifications to the site, to make a new experience. Al these changes are made for the reason to redesign the website and make the CasinoClub player‘s experience more enjoyable. This was the first modification the site has made.
Marc West , from the CasinoClub affirmed that they had decided to redesign the website because there were some serious and major problems with the old site. They considered that a new image, a new look could make them feel better.
It was a new idea by combining the new with the old, so players would have the possibility to keep something from the old part. This gives them the chance to have the best of these parts.
Besides a new look, this website gives players more informations than the other gave. They only wanted to make this site being more friendly and in stronger relations with players.
At a moment, Marc West added that their players are from all around the world, with different ways of thinking and different levels of gaming knowledge. Even if some of them don’t know very well English, the most important thing is that their needs are not ignored.
