In the U.S., bingo was originally called beano. cards

The game`s history can be traced back to 1530, to an Italian lottery called “Lo Giuoco del Lotto D`Italia,” which is still played every Saturday in Italy. From Italy the game was introduced to France in the late 1770s.

When the game reached North America in 1929, it became known as beano. It was first played at a carnival near Atlanta, Georgia.

With only 24 unique cards to play with, the priest was finding that there too many winners for each game. The priest contacted Lowe about producing a large number of unique number combinations for the cards, then the game it’s called bingo and the game it’s played in all the world. This is the history of bingo game.
